It’s an aro/ace twist on the romcom genre, & I hope this story finds the people who need it the most. Not just aspec teens, but anyone who feels misunderstood or out of place, who’s afraid of showing who they really are, or who’s looking for a book that’ll make you laugh, then cry, then laugh again.

Happy Pride month! 🏳️‍🌈 Personally, I don’t love talking about being aroace publicly, tho I did write a whole book about it, which is a little terrifying (why did I do this to myself???), BUT I’m so happy I can write books about ace/aro teens for the kids like I was (or anyone who doesn’t quite fit).

Both Analeigh and Drew are asexual, and Drew is also aromantic—and as Analeigh and Drew discover, theirs might not be not your typical love story, but it IS a love story. And I hope this book will find any reader who feels overlooked because they’re just a little different.

Then Macmillan changed my life for a 2nd time when they bought my debut. I nearly died getting to intern with Wednesday, so I of course I nearly died all over again when my agent told me they were interested in my book. Absolute dream come true. I still can’t believe it.
