1992 there was limited representation so we created our own spaces, our own clubs, our own bars. We read Dimassa the Blade, and made zines. We interrogated str8 people @ dance club entrances until a slow “forward” shift in society closed our spaces down. Corporatized. Monopolized. Co-opted.
