Well like potty training it's making a positive reward cycle for messing. A feedback loop that takes the shame and flips it on its head. The embarrassment is programming, and that can be undone by reveling in the thing you aren't supposed to do.

Yea I just watched a tiktok on how some neurotypical folks just sit on the toilet and it happens. Their brains deemed the feeling as irrelevant information and thus naturally tunes it out. Me on the other hand.. I feel it long before I'm ready to use my diaper hehe
