Amyl and the Sniffers were on top form last night. I have mixed feelings of Ally Pally as a venue though, loads of space for eating and drinking with minimal queues, but vast and flat with a low stage means nobody gets a decent view. Short people get none.

Finally got time to watch #1883 . An absolute masterclass in story telling and some of the best acting I've seen in years. Surely one of Sam Elliott's best roles. Splendid work all round. Never watched Yellowstone, and didn't need to, to enjoy this.

I've finally given #BBC #SASRogueHeroes a try. It's great to shine a light on the story to those who've never heard it. Anyone who has read of their escapades knows the actual reality, but, two episodes in, it's pure cartoonish loonacy, and I'm finding myself quite enjoying it!
