I celebrated a personal win by getting a cask strength Laphroaig from a heavy toast virgin french oak cask. Very good... lots of coffee flavor, and even more smoke than unusual. I'm trying not to drink it too fast Should be fun to try along with this june's Laphroaig french oak cairdeas release

Got a bottle of Laphroaig CS batch 7 and have been trying it side by side with other batches. I've been wanting to taste this one based on the reviews It's very good! For me it's not quite up there with my two favorite batches, 11 and 12, but is probably on my next tier down like the 16 and 17

I once had a job dealing with court documents. Many times I saw cops sound totally full of crap saying what they did was "based on my training and experience." Seeing that common cop legal BS language here on an attempt to steal elections is even more annoying and insulting

I love public broadcasting but recently ended my monthly donation to my local NPR carrying station. I switched to a more amateur public station without NPR I thought NPR was sounding too right-wing lately to try to keep CPB grant funding, but when congress ended it they didn't stop, so I stopped.
