The first time I got my pixie cut I had at least three coworkers ask what my husband thought of it and that their husbands would never let them go so short. It was very odd to me as my husband has never been anything but supportive about anything I do with my body.

Walked up to my husband and asked what he thought of me cutting my hair. His response "does it really matter what I think?" My response "No... but I will take your thoughts into consideration" He honestly could not care less about the choices I make with my body (in a good way... not a mean way)

As a 3rd grader back before the internet having to research through books, it was not very fun and I would have rather been having fun with my friends. The vibes of the State Fair are half-assed much like most of the presentations at our 3rd grade state assignment.

Back in elementary school we had to pick a state and set up a display and presentation about that state. We would set up our tri-folds on our desk and present food or exports to our teacher and staff as they walked around the classroom That is the vibes this Great American State Fair is giving off.

Well, my supervisor mentioned that our boss wants us to look for projects that AI could do for us. I am already doing the job of 4 people. I do not have the time to babysit an AI. Also it cannot interact with the program that 95% of my work is done on soooo how can it help?

I enjoy sitting outside and gaming. I do have a gaming PC that I use, but that is also were my hybrid job is done. It is nice being able to sit somewhere else to game. It was also nice to have on my cruise at the beginning of the year.

The ending to Good Omens was ok. It felt incredibly rushed, and you could tell the story was meant for a much longer season. I still prefer an actual ending instead of what Apple did to Mythic Quest.

Went to the WWII museum. So much death. What was happening in Germany needed to be stopped... but why was it able to start in the first place. Why can we be led to hate those who are different than us? War is terrible. While there is a victor, with tens of millions dead, did anyone really win.

Had the amazing opportunity to see whales in the wild last Monday! I was very nervous since this was a one day thing and there is never any guarantee with wild animals, but we found a pod of orcas within the first hour. Total for the day was 3 pods of orca, harbor seals, and 2 humpbacks.

PETA is celebrating the closing of Marineland next month saying the animals should go to sanctuaries.... what sanctuaries?!?! Wikie and Keijo need a place to go now. There are no sanctuaries for them. Construction hasn't started anywhere. Sanctuaries have had years and nothing to show for it

The first episode of the new Serial Podcast, The Good Whale, has me hopefully for a good look at Keiko's life. The controversial stuff happens more during his release into the wild, but I hope they offer both perspectives. Loved hearing from his former trainer in Mexico. He was so loved there.
