craftersshaft @craftersshaft.undertaie.com · 5h

to clarify this is not in a "what the fuck is wrong with current mozilla" way but in an "i haven't updated and im scared" way but both are probably valid and sorry that im still complaining a ton on here

the label is on vertically for aesthetic reasons but it's like this

a crappy drawover diagram of how the controller is meant to be used, with the left hand's fingers resting on left, down, and right, while the thumb is used for the jump input which is rarely used in combos but is still useful to have at quick access, and the right hand pressing the traditional set of buttons that an arcade fighting game would have but with 4 instead of 3

posting this after the pbg meme is forcing me to remember this short and how funny the dubbing choice is to just make one gaming youtuber pretend to be another gaming youtuber www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL_u...

it's neat that all the art assets were manually made or just ripped from the game, but without any source code im not buying the "it was just an automatic conversion of simple filetypes" excuse fully and you're still actively funding the sloppier sides of ai by buying tokens

i know terroriser's whole schtick is to be a bit edgy but "the show got bad when apu left" isn't the epic dunk they think it is and i feel like the only reason they cut off their rating at season 20 is because they don't know anything about the middle seasons

i used to be in camp "new simpsons bad" when i was a kid despite not watching any simpsons episodes, and now that i have, i'm in camp "new simpsons Fine For What It Is" but even then i get why people complain or can't get used to the current voice direction even if it personally doesn't stop me

i get being tired at the wave of "this project is actually garbage ai" articles because it feels like i hear about half of these through time extension rather than getting warned about it elsewhere, but the site makes its stance extremely clear and you at least get warned from the headline

im so glad that someone has put my thoughts of "why can't this just be done with a local model on hardware people already own" onto paper, i don't like the double whammy of seeing a crappy homebrew project that was just a single ai prompt and the knowledge that it funds the worst parts of the tech
