Just wanted to share some stuff from our game today!! Here's a CG I also worked on..we were all pretty excited to get to this scene. 🐙 The final rendering and bg were done by @idioticduck.bsky.social !! #heartsdepth #visualnovel

Various quick thumbnail sketches of Cetus leaning close to the player to talk.

A rough color test of the scene. Cetus's face is mostly in deep shadow, but a part of it is lit up with warm lighting.

There are notes written on top: "This is the color/vibe I'm thinking of! Romantic lighting. -Sensual -Intimate -Deal with the devil!!!

A screenshot of the completed CG in game. The text box reads: "An excellent choice. Now, here is what you must do."

some visual novel femc doodles !! y’all should check out @rdevworks.bsky.social (sigh of the abyss), @hollowmend.itch.io (fetch quest), and @heartsdepth.bsky.social (heart’s depth) respectively :) #fanart #indievisualnovels

sketches of protagonists from various indie visual novels, featuring mc from sigh of the abyss (left), flora from fetch quest (top right), and june from heart’s depth (bottom right). mc in her civilian wear surrounded by wispy shadows, flora is doing a peace sign with a stat boost in charm specified, and june is in her mermaid form surrounded by seaweed and a fish.
