2025 was supposed to be my year for all good things… but given that my business relies healthy on imported products (whose doesn’t?) this year has started off, feeling like everything is impossible. All of that said, I still do think 2025 is gonna be one of the best years yet.

Didn’t expect to go viral on Twitter today with my Switch 2 opinions, but the Switch 2 and its games are overpriced - and consumers agree with me.

I already know the new joy-con won’t significantly change my life or workload… But waiting with baited breathe to see what happens with the new Pro Controller tomorrow 😣😣😣

I produced a vinyl record! ✅ I grew up as a chronically online introverted teenager, and spent most of HS and early College playing a game called Habbo Hotel Last year I partnered with them and we produced a vinyl record together that just released 🙌🏻 Never thought I’d do something this cool!

I need to remember to post on BlueSky more often…. Anyways here’s a photo of me from a week ago before Saturday at Emerald City Comic Con 🙌🏻 I’ve never publicly said it, but my work uniform is subtly inspired by Star Trek 🖖🏻

It might not matter to everyone, but it matters to me. Every licensed controller I sell in my Signature Collection still comes with a hand signed authenticity card! This is tedious - signing thousands of cards - but I can’t bring myself to start printing my name on them.

I still think about these words from Peter Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor

I’m not trying to win. I’m not doing this because I want to beat someone, because I hate someone, or because I want to blame someone. It’s not because it’s fun. God knows it’s not because it’s easy. It’s not even because it works because it hardly ever does. I do what I do because it’s right! Because it’s decent! And above all, it’s kind! It’s just that… Just kind. If I run away today, good people will die. If I stand and fight, some of them might live. Maybe not many, maybe not for long. Hey, you know, maybe there’s no point to any of this at all. But it’s the best I can do. So I’m going to do it. And I’m going to stand here doing it until it kills me. And you’re going to die too! Someday… And how will that be? Have you thought about it? What would you die for? Who I am is where I stand. Where I stand is where I fall.

Oh we’re so cooked… Unqualified SecDef stripping former Joint Chiefs of Staff of their security detail and removing their legacy from the military hallways. Super normal. Suuuuuper duper normal. Really normal stuff here. Nothing to fear at all 🥲

I have lived and will die by this quote and it is the only thing that keeps me fighting for this dysfunctional country: “Doesn’t matter if the whole country decides that something WRONG, is something RIGHT. […] We stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences.”

Hi BlueSky! I don’t really know how the algorithm works here, but would love to rebuild my following here from the bird app. I’m (primarily) a custom controller artist, and the only company in the US with licensed custom controllers for some of the biggest games Here’s one I did for fun!

You know that annoying phrase your parents would say growing up “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink!” The older I get and the more interactions I have in my life…it really resonates. You can lead people right to success but you can’t force them to accept it.

The biggest piece of life or career advice I can give to anyone is to have the audacity to ask for what you deserve. Over the course of the last two years Ive gone from making fanart to holding licensing rights to one of the biggest video game characters in history. Demand to be taken seriously.
