What people seldom mention is that USA pinball machines absolutely were gambling machines for 2 decades and it was only by the mid 1950s that pin lineups really started to not resemble gambling machines. Many even paid out like slot machines or had a credit counter with a "knockoff" reset button.

I really wanted the Satomi Tank flyer :( I think Home Run King and Circus were sought after because New Old Stock copies of those games were found. Also interesting that Sammy had Grand Prix at their 50th anniversary but the flyer is from 大和物産 (Yamato Bussan). Was Satomi a contracted manufacturer?
