What I can’t control, is that age verification may be enforced by law in your country. Denmark has yet to make such law. Unfortunately, we ain’t too far from that, so i wouldn’t be surprised, if i DO get forced to verify my age, once that law is passed and active. Thanks for coming to my sour post

I am not affected by the age verification, because my account was created in May 2018. More than 8 years ago, thereby bridging the 5 year gap. (And then some) My hope from this, is that people will (from this post) understand the basic principles of age, and safety precautions.

If you’ve NOT had your account for more than 5 years, Discord cannot automatically confirm you’re an adult, because you could still be a teenager. “What does that have to do with 5 years?” It has to do with the 5 year gap between turning 13 (the legal minimum age for Discord)…
