Have you tried a Fleets mineral oil enema? Waiting on mine to kick in and empty my rectum. Medication causes me to poop out boulders.

Mineral oil enema in overnight pee soaked diaper. The oil lubricates the stool making the BM less painful.

I had just taken my workday diaper off because I had to crap. I could not shtt sitting because of wicked cramps. So I rediapered with a cheap diaper and paced. As I walked and cramped I pissed like crazy too. I ended up leaning on the wall out of breath when it emerged! New meds can do this!
