I have gripes about the general style as well but I honestly think the biggest issue is the animation and writing. I don't know if they were holding off budget for later episodes but so far it's not great.

The plot so far is interesting. I'm curious about the world of Avatar again. But when animation in the background freeze frames while they hope you only watch the foreground elements it really takes me out of it. Even the foreground animation is lackluster. Bending doesn't feel smooth...

I love Avatar: The Last Airbender and honestly I think Korra did a lot of good things. Seven Havens so far though has been extremely disappointing. The animation is not up to the standard of the previous shows, the writing is shallow, and overall the vibe is kind of off.

I've been taking drawing seriously for a few years now. Each piece I use as an opportunity to push myself in some aspect. Sometimes it's something simple and sometimes it's something hard. I just posted it today but here's my OC Eris two years apart. #keepdrawing #art #illustration #oc

Eris in two different poses. One standing touching her chest and the other bent over exposing her cleavage.

Eris in three different poses in a bikini making a kissy face, in a dress with exposed cleavage, and leaning back exposing her panties and underboob.

When I originally designed my NSFW OC she didn't even have a name. I took the opportunity to redesign her while also drawing her in this cute prisoner outfit! #seisoprisoner #dtiys #oc

Eris stands seductively with one hand on her breast and the other behind her head in a sexy prison themed dress.

Eris is leaning forward exposing her massive amount of cleavage in a low cut black dress.

I kept asking myself "why doesn't my art look like this or that?" And it's because I was choosing to ignore the stylization in front of me in pursuit of something more unique. It was silly.

010

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

I had this misconception that I couldn't stylize the same way as other artists who I admire. Sometimes it was because it felt too cutesy and I wanted something more mature. Other times it was purely ego and I wanted to be unique. I've come to realize though that both reasons held me back.

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

I drew an OC a couple years ago that I intended to be my NSFW OC. I wasn't very happy with the design so I never really drew her after. Here's a peak at the redesign.

OC smiles with her tongue out in a seductive pose.

Thank you! She has a similar skin tone to Starfire so I just thought it made sense. 😊

Then once we get better batteries do the same thing for 90s Tuner cars.

010

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Seriously. Make them look like this. Keep the designs exactly how they were. People like their cars to look cool. Bring back cool cars.

110

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

You want to make EV's popular?Just make EV's look like old cars. Go in the opposite direction of the current EV designs. If people can buy a car that looks like a 1960s Plymouth Cuda with modern conveniences that shit will fly off the line.

I love to support artists but it's stuff like that that pushes me over the edge. Especially if it's someone whose art I really like. Trying out other artists' brushes is so enlightened and each one is unique.

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

If you're an artist with a Patreon or other subscription and you offer your brushes to subscribers... ya got me.

I don't know if this has always been an issue but critical thinking and problem solving skills are non existent in my workplace. It's not a young vs old issue. My manager that's older than me and my coworker that's younger than me both lack these skills.

Every once in a while I fall in love with a brush. Then I use it for a few months and decide I actually hate that brush and change to a different one. Does anyone else do this or is this just a me thing?

Here's my 9. I tried to keep it to games I played in my youth but I've put too much time into Cyberpunk to not include it. my9games.net/en

I'm a huge cyberpunk fan and as much as I love the idea of the blackwall and net watch, I'd prefer to not be in constant threat of rogue AIs. That being said I don't believe these nerds have gotten AIs to that point and are just saying they did to get out before the bubble fully pops.

I just wish there was a site that did all of these things. A site that had features that support creators and help them create things like Vgen and Newgrounds but was also approachable enough for the general public. At all times I have 2 apps open and 2 tabs on my mobile browser. It's exhausting.

010

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Then there's Vgen which I have been using as a way to keep track of my OCs using their character feature on their profiles. Newgrounds is great in terms of allowing artists to self filter NSFW posts and no algorithms mean everyone has equal chances of being seen. The site just feels a bit archaic.

120

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

It's kind of a bummer that I have to go to different apps to get everything I want out of posting and enjoying art. Bsky is great for finding and interacting with other artists but general engagement is low. Instagram is my least favorite in terms of UI but the best for engagement.

Any modern trading card game with an app that lets you play the game (MTG: Arena, Pokemon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel, etc.) should implement a way to get your physical cards into the game. I paid for these cards already. Let me use them.

Trick has one of the coolest clone armor sets I've seen. It's unique and tells a story from the visual design alone. I've also always loved the phase one clone helmets. That's why I was so bummed when he got his new armor. It's just so bland in comparison. Wish they had done something more unique.

I've been drawing since I was small and I've always been known as the kid "who draws well" but I neglected my art in high school. I didn't like the idea of my art being graded. As an adult I look back and think how silly that was. If you're good at something and enjoy it you should just do it.

CoyoteWarlock @coyotewarlock.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Growing as an artist is tough. Finding your audience and promoting your "brand" sound so draining to me. As much as I'd like to at the end of the day this is a hobby for me and I'm okay with that. I just hope the people who see it enjoy my art.

As someone who loves Star Wars and strategy turn based RPGs it's pretty good. There's certain things I don't love. I've experienced some bugs with enemies phasing through walls. The controls are a bit clunky in my opinion. The story is really good and it's during my favorite time period. 8/10
