fwiw, the real MN DHS account isn't posting about Walz. I think the one you mentioned is like a right-wing equivalent of those alt-CDC/Park Service accounts (it still blew up though)

Season 3 is coming. It hasn't been announced by Apple (yet), but Ben Stiller says work has begun: www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-featur...
Apple has yet to officially confirm a third season of Severance, but Stiller says there is a writers room underway in L.A. and that he hopes not to keep audiences waiting three years this time. Hollywood budgets have tightened since Apple greenlit the show, but Stiller expects to keep Severance moving forward with the same polish.

I'm an amateur privacy advocate and I've never heard of this Zac guy, despite being an "expert". His twitter is just parroting PR statements from US big tech with no meaningful criticism or commentary. Unsurprisingly, he's also a rabid genocide denier:

"Corporate capture of Dems is real. In 2022, we campaigned extensively in the US for anti-trust legislation.

Two bills were ready, with bipartisan support. Chuck Schumer (who coincidently has two daughters working as big tech lobbyists) refused to bring the bills for a vote.

At a 2024 event covering antitrust remedies, out of all the invited senators, just a single one showed up - JD Vance.

By working on the front lines of many policy issues, we have seen the shift between Dems and Republicans over the past decade first hand.

Dems had a choice between the progressive wing (Bernie Sanders, etc), versus corporate Dems, but in the end money won and constituents lost.

Until corporate Dems are thrown out, the reality is that Republicans remain more likely to tackle Big Tech abuses."

Anne Applebaum deserves to be on here too. A fake pro-democracy advocate turned lib folk hero who believes Palestinian journalists should be murdered
Slate article: “Kill the Messenger”
“Why Palestine radio and TV studios are fair targets in the Palestine/Israeli war.”
by Anne Applebaum
January 21st, 2002Last weekend's destruction of the Voice of Palestine broadcasting center, however, belongs in a different category. Although, again, I can't quite see the point of destroying the building-the radio went off the air for a few hougs but began broadcasting again from another set of studios-the official Palestinian media is the right place for Israel to focus its ire. In fact, in the reporting of the Middle East conflict, which almost always focuses on yesterday's violence and today's body count, the crucial role of the Voice of Palestine-the official broadcasting arm of the Palestinian Authority-has often been overlooked. Nor is the problem just radio and television. If you want to understand why the Oslo peace process failed, or where suicide martyrs come from, it is worth taking a closer look at all the Palestinian Authority's official media. One could also argue that the anti-Americanism and advocacy of terror are a lot lighter in the Palestinian media than they are in other parts of the Arab press. But that's Palestine's fate: Because it is next to Israel, it will always be held to higher standards; it will always be watched by nosier watchdogs, just as Israel is more carefully watched than, say, Jordan or Syria. Establishing a credible media will be, for the Palestinians, part of what it takes to establish a credible state. Until then, the Voice of Palestine will remain what it has become: a combatant
—and therefore a legitimate target—in a painful, never-ending, low-intensity war.|
