Bribery by bitcoin is not an official act in any way, shape or form. $500M from UAE alone. And, he gave them classified technology in return for it. It's visible quid-pro-quo. Bribery is an explicit law and mentioned in the Constitution. If we can't hold that one up, what will new ones do?

Here's the shot. No team or city, just a seat number, so, that's an easy cross reference- which stadium has a section 109 row 1? Maryland Xfinity Center does. Atlanta Hawks' home, State Farm Arena- doesn't. And the game date is real. Both games happened that day. It proves Smith was in Maryland.

They can be split up into thirds like the senate elections, synced to the nationals, so, the majority could never change all at once in a single vote. Every 3rd one, the Chief Justice would be up and voted by everyone like the president.

Senators used to be chosen, now they're elected. The SCOTUS can be, too. One judge per district, 12 districts plus the Chief Justice- 13. 12 year term. Re-election or not is debatable. I suggest two-term limit. Retirement age, non-partisan, ethics requirements. cousinb.substack.com/p/why-not-le...
