This year I grew some Scotch Bonnet chillis. They're very good, but much stronger than the ones I've had before. So I've started making some sauce with them. 500ml of passata, teaspoon of jarlic, quarter jar of honey, salt, MSG, mint and just two teaspoons of the chopped chilli. It's delicious.
