Lyft researched my complaint about a $15 cancellation fee after their driver failed to show and found out they didn't have any drivers at Washington Dulles International Airport. If I hadn't of complained... How often does Lyft rip off riders like this??

After multiple city Lyft rides, driver no showed for a prescheduled $75 airport pickup, and Lyft charged me a non refundable $15 cancellation fee and is keeping the $75 pre hold money for 2 weeks. Needless to say, the 2 airport rides next week won't be on lyft

Why is Lyft charging me a cancellation fee when their driver failed to show for an airport pickup, and they didn't bother trying to send a replacement for over an hour?? Anyone work here that can help? #lyft
