My friends were incredibly supportive, I got SO many compliments, and I don't know if I've EVER felt like that before. And THEN Lauren hits me with this gallery 😅😅 Words are hard. Holy heck.

I was SO terrified that I was going to hate how I looked, that I'd get snide remarks because my figure is FAR from where I want it to be, that it'd just be a massive disaster all around. And then I DID it.

When I lost interest in the original plans I had rolling around for Sunday of #DragonCon , I was scrambling to come up with something, and suggested this MOSTLY AS A JOKE... A joke that SOMEONE *cough Lauren cough* came through with some MAJOR encouragement to actually do it... Fuck it, we ball.

Kinkshaming in this the year of our lord twenty twenty-five when fascists are trying to take everything away from us that isn't heteronormative patriarchal and christocentric. Please miss me with that puritanical bullshit.

It honestly feels sisyphean to keep putting in so much work knowing I'll never get the results I want. Turns out, skin gets much less forgiving when you get old 😅 but I'm still here, still putting in work, still improving, and still trying to love it all in spite of myself 💚 📸 @ayla_afterlight

REAL TALK Savage Rogue has been this unattainable dream for so much of the time I've been cosplaying. I'm not always happy with how I look in her, but I'm trying to love her anyway. Weight loss is a fickle bitch. Sure, I finally feel like I have my LIFE back, but the aftermath is no joke.
