I snapped this photo on a cruise ship about a year and a half ago. Great songs - but yeesh, who is labelling those BPM numbers? Maybe they're using weird remixes that don't play at the actual original tempo...

You all probably know now that @mephitfurmeet.org had to be cancelled this year, because the hotel literally closed three weeks before the convention. Great effort was made to try and move it, but this close to a con, none of the hotels were able to accommodate us.

I miss being connected with the local furry scene. :( We've just somehow drifted away from everything.

Well this is interesting. Someone played it and three people Shazam’d it. :)

These are the nights I wish we had booked a suite with a sofa in which to sit and watch telly as I unwind. :)

And 15 minutes later we have passed the carcass of the burned-out semi along I-95 in Jacksonville. I don't know what was in that truck, but it no longer exists. (Fortunately, the cab looks like it survived with the driver.)

We've had a LOT of stereo equipment over the yearsost of them have stopped working either partially or fully and been sent off to people who can use them. This year I treated myself to a 1974 Kenwood KR-5400. It sounds beautiful. So good that now I may have to upgrade my phono cartridge. :)

With this upcoming project, I want to be sure I'm reaching as many people as I can. To that end I ::shudder:: opened Twitter today for the first time in about 10 months. But this project is gonna cost me a bundle, so I'm gonna be asking for some community support, so every connection counts. <3

More times than I can count: "Are you going to (name of convention)?" "I might have but the hotel block sold out before I knew I could get the days off". (Don't get me wrong. Great problem for a con. Yay! Attendance and full booking! 'Tis the life of an entertainer, and I chose this life.) :D

When you have tracks on Apple Music & Spotify, they'll tell you each week how many times someone listened to your track(s) and where they're from, among other things. This always tickles me, as it's rare someone finds it. This week, someone in Vancouver listened to my song twice. Thank you! :D

I so enjoy having the time to cook a meal at home. Tonight was a variation on Gibelotte, a staple of our childhood dinners. Usually it was ground beef with mushrooms and green peppers, or ground beef with stewed tomatoes, almost always served over mashed potato.
