I've been busy these last few days, I've decided to learn how to draw again! Here is day 10! Lots of work to do, but I'm happy with my progress

I think that downplays what it actually is. They're Nazis and should be treated as such

Did I predict the Devil May Cry trailer? I think so! #devilmaycry #dmc #netflix

If I wasn't already boycotting Disney, I would not be watching this either. It's crazy to think of Spider-Man as anything less than a human being who cares about everyone.

Hell of a week, huh? This total amateur is with you.

A crude illustration of Saber from Fate/stay night with her hands resting on top of her sword, which is sticking into the ground. Her cape blows in the wind, the inside being colored baby blue, pink, white, pink, and baby blue to form the transgender pride flag. It’s not much, but I’m with you.

I haven't been able to work on my TTRPG in a couple of weeks, because I've been in lots of pain, thankfully it seems to be healing, so I should be back in the swing of things soon!

Hey, I get it, gotta pull some epic stuff to surprise players 😂

Out of all the anime power systems, I believe nen is the most versatile, any anime character could be dropped into HxH and just work.

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 31/10/2024

A great choice! I love chainsaw man too! Patiently waiting for the movie to drop!

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 31/10/2024

I had to look them up, but definitely seems like they would be an absolute blast, though I'm not sure if he would get along with the heroes or villains more 😅

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

Ah! Your artwork is absolutely amazing! I love the JRPG style so much 🤩🤩🤩

Like, I understand Bioware has had some misses but like, they've seemed to learn from those. We're all better off getting good games, with no microtractions, and so far Dragon Age seems to be just that. I mean, even Larian has been singing its praises, so it's gotta be top tier.

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

Lol, that's definitely okay, I understand it's not for everyone. Quirks are their powers and there is a teacher who can temporarily shut them off

010

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

I would definitely want to see that! I wonder how negating their quirk might look like 😂

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 30/10/2024

I dunno why, but I want to run a campaign in my hero academia, but instead of the normal cast or OCs, I want to take other anime characters and make them students. Who would you want to see in class 1-A? Personally it would be fun to see how Gilgamesh from Fate would play. #ttrpg #myhero #dnd #fate

Ah! I love it, I also have an OC named Scrap! I bet these two are lots of fun ☺️

I'm going to be finishing my first draft for the lineage system for my game! Instead of picking a species or race, you pick from a list of traits and build your own. Though I will have some standard species in the game for those who prefer to have a quick build 😁 How about you?

110

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

If it is, we can cringe together 😂

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

THIS IS SO GOOD OMG! I need more! 🤩

010

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

Structure is a bit difficult and I struggle with it myself, start by looking into other games and how they have their games ordered. Start with what you think your most important rules will be, and move on from there. Lastly, if your rules use other rules, put those rules first.

010

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

In all seriousness my advice is to write down vague ideas that you have, with little summaries of what you want them to be, and flesh them out as you go. Like a little roadmap for yourself. And go watch/listen/read other creators about what they're doing to get ideas and creative juices flowing.

010

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

That makes sense, and that's more frustrating. I refuse to go back, there are more interesting, more engaging games out there. No sense in feeding the corporation.

010

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

Honestly, I think a lot of DnD fans don't pay much attention to the inner workings of WOTC, we're such a small minority in the grand scheme of things, and it sucks.

120

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

Rules are made to be broken, if they aren't fun, throw them out, and if you get them wrong, it's not that big of a deal. I'm glad they stopped worrying so much.

110

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

Honestly, this would be a cool homebrew race too! I love the details on this, she looks amazing!

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 29/10/2024

I'm making a TTRPG and the rules are the best for me and my dad. Cool, so a game that involves weed 🤣

Ooh, tell me more! Such an amazing piece!

AI for public use, is pretty awful, but in the medical field, it's definitely groundbreaking. Finding cancer 5 years earlier than normal is life changing.

100

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 28/10/2024

Ooh, that's interesting, not something I've ever even thought to do! Do you also put them in your traps? My players are obsessed with Chappell Roan, so I might have to add something into my game like that for them 😂

110

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 28/10/2024

Think small, don't build more than a small town or city, and maybe the surrounding area, like a forest or cave. While not trying to railroad the game, do your best to keep them within the city, I put a big Attack on Titan wall around the city, but give the players free reign to explore the city.

000

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 28/10/2024

Hey TTRPG devs and players, who inspires you? Why do they inspire you? For me, it's my players, mainly my fiancee, because she struggles with combat, I want to make it easier for everyone at my table. We're all nerouspicy, so it can be hard to run combat. I hope the Path of Power fixes that! #ttrpg

340

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 27/10/2024

TTRPG plans can be IRL though! Take time for both, even if it's not a full fledged campaign, oneshots or small games matter!

000

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 25/10/2024

I don't live in a swing state, Ohio has turned very red over the years, and will be going to Trump, so my vote for Kamala wouldn't matter all that much, but will probably be voting that way. And my district representative is awful on her viewpoints of Palestine, so not much hope there either.

110

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 25/10/2024

Let alone the other issues they have, border wall policy is the same as the Republicans, Their support of Israel is generally the same. It's absolutely the Dems fault for running such an awful campaign, even after breaking donations records.

110

Cosmic Viking 🍉 @cosmicviking.bsky.social · 25/10/2024

The issue isn't that I don't want to call people, it's that I don't feel inspired to vote for the dems, let alone campaign for them. Every election cycle they become more aligned with Republicans, and had they truly cared about abortion rights, they absolutely have the power right now to change it.
