Many of us in the NSFW art community are concerned about the upcoming changes to the Bluesky TOS. Banning Fictional depictions of non-con may sound reasonable on paper, but it actually opens the door for restrictive, vibes-based moderation - a big problem when the mod team is already untrustworthy.⬇️

Content labels for sexual and graphic content could stand to be expanded. Could use more labels for graphic/violent media beyond just "graphic media". The automod Bluesky is using to detect sexual content is AWFUL, and trying to appeal misplaced labels is a massive headache. ⬇️

Art and fiction are a safe, healthy medium for exploring one's feelings, or just generally being creative. Unless REAL PEOPLE are being harmed or targeted, there's literally nothing wrong with drawing sexual stuff. If you don't like it, there are tools to keep it off your feed. Use them.
