I've been very lucky to be a part of Women's Basketball history and work on the Unrivaled League's tech! I was able to bring my 1-on-1 fan bracket to the actual league level, I built out some great stat pages, and had a lot of fun doing it. But recently I made the decision to move on!

From what I understand, sports leagues sign broadcasting rights to specific networks, or platforms, and so those places have control of the watchability of the games, including replays during season. I can't say specifically that this applies or does not apply to Unrivaled.

So players were put into pods based on a statistical ranking of their previous season and data. The Breeze / Hive were new teams so they get to go first, and the breeze won a coin flip so they get first draft pick. Then the hive Then the teams who didn't make playoffs w/ expansion. And then normal

After having TSA Precheck for so many years I’m shocked at the liquid restriction of 4 oz in this European airport. The scanners in America seem to be so much better and throwing away my sunscreen I just bought because of an extra 50ml is so dumb. 😡

Natalie complimented Kerr and the Warriors around their ability to pass the ball, and have fun while on the court. When she first joined a little less than a year ago, she sat in on some of the coaching meetings and took some lessons. It's clearly paying off because we almost beat the champions!

After the #GSV game last night, Steve Kerr and Natalie Nakase gave a chalk talk. They spoke about their coaching experiences, what they loved about the game, and the culture of the #valkyries. The key takeaway was that Nat hopes to build a culture of joy and selflessness surrounding basketball.
