DID is a lot more than just having alters. It's amnesia and forgetting half your life and the people you love, it's derealization, it's complex PTSD, it's emotional disregulation, it's scary sometimes and it's confusing. It's far more complex than just alters. #DID #OSDD #DIDsystem

Anyone have tips on getting through a PTSD episode? It felt like it was happening again and I couldn't bare it so I took two Benadryl to knock myself out so I couldn't live through it again. Is there a better way? There's got to be #DIDsystem #ptsd #osdd

All of us have different religious and spiritual beliefs. Collectively we agree to have an omnistic view. Omnism is the belief that there is truth in all religions, not just one true religion. Some of us are Christian, some are pagan and another alter practices hinduism.

I don't blame you. I struggle with imposter syndrome as well and I've been diagnosed with DID by two different specialists and I still will have those thoughts of doubt and the imposter syndrome is a hell of a beast to deal with. I am glad you have a good therapist that can reassure you

We've been engaged since June and every time he mentions plans for our wedding our hearts flutter. I never imagined we would find someone who loves all of us this much. DID was such a scary diagnosis to share with him but he took time to learn about and love all of us,even if it is in different ways
