And finally on day 24: Santa himself shows up! And the Spider-family has a very unusual tree!

Lego santa, with a big white beard and a brown sack full of goodies. He wears the usual red costume with white piping and gloves. His belt is black with a gold buckle and black boots. On his head rests a red floppy hat with a thick white band. Under his beard he has a smiling face ans some impressive white and grey eyebrows.

A very weird christmas tree with a yellow star on the top. The tree has a white base, with 4 yellow tubes pointing up. From them erupt transparent yellow lightning streaks toward the top of the tree. The core of the tree is green. Very unexpected but interesting little piece!

Day 22 gives us more goodies! A cool steam train and some gifts! Also a picture of Goblin and his glider/sleigh combo to show what it looks like.

On day 21 we're almost at the end for this year, and we get: Mrs. CLaus! And a sleigh for the Goblin's glider! Which i probably photographed the wrong way round, since then the grabby bit would be at the back for towing the sled. Woops!

Day 20 gives us: A tea trolley with tasty nibbles and Green Goblins glider!

Day 19 gives us more treats: A snowman with a dapper hat and the Green Goblin!

A fun Lego snowman. It has a red scarf and a black tricorne hat like an old highwayman. There are 2 brown arms sticking out from the upper body, one holding a broom.

One of Spider-man's oldest foes: The Green Goblin! He's wearing a purple costume including a floppy cap. He's got green skin, of course and big green pointed ears. He also has purple gloves with which he's holding a light brown bag and a pumpkin. The pumpkin is of course orange with a green leafy top. It might be one of his infamous pumpkin bombs.

On day 18 we get: A toy truck and a small table with some food.

On day 17 we have: An especially cool kid in a christmas tree costume! And a fireplace with two socks hanging from the mantlepiece for the Spider-family.

Day 16 gives us: A cool little robot guy! And Peter's desk and oldschool computer too!

A little robot toy with round sides, two little mechanical arms and a single eye. He's got a wind-up key in the back. The body is white except the top part which is orange. He's really fun!

On day 15 we have some exciting stuff: A fun lil' alien in a spacesuit! I think he's from the City Space theme. And a Spiderman themed racecar? Well, why not!

A second racecar in the Spiderman calendar, this time a smaller compact one. It has a red and blue chassis and light blue transparent windows. Vroom vroom!

Hello again folks! It's day 14 and we have some more Lego. We have a little spaceship for the City calendar and a small Rhino robot! Fun and interesting.

Day 11 gives us the joys of: A kitten in a box! And a ...gift catapult? Sure!

A small catapult apparently for flinging some small gifts? I am confused but it loos good, with the spoon and shaft in black, with a dark grey and tan base. There are also two small gift boxes, one dark red and black, the other green and white. Both also have a small red or pink flower as the bow on top.

Good afternoon folks! Here we are, on day 9 of Advent! And we have: A very fun little girl in a reindeer costume with a compass! And Ghost Spider, previously known as Spider-Gwen, with a pair of drumsticks. Hmm, I wonder what the next day's build will be?

Hi folks! On day 8 we have: A snowplough for dad? And a racecar for Spidey? Allright then...

Day 7 brings us: A very cute puppy and some more street furniture, this time a traffic light next to a fire hydrant.

SLightly less exciting, another bit of Lego NY street furniture, with a traffic light and a fire hydrant. Both have the stereotypical New York colours, the light having a bright yellow casing and a black pole while the fire hydrant is red with a grey plug on the side. All this on a snowy white base piece of course.

On day 4 of Lego Advent we have: A scooter for the kid complete with helmet, and another bit of scenery for the Spidermans. A streetsign with a camera hidden between the signs, pointing down at a banana peel on the ground.

Welcome to Day 3 folks, where we get: A small side table and a white teddy bear with gray snout and belly, and a bit of street furniture for Spidey. It's a garbage can next to a red newspaper dispenser with a backback hidden inside, covered with a piece of webbing from day 2. Neat!

Day 2 of the Advent calendars gave us: A very small but cute lil' bulldozer and Spidey's webshooter effect parts. Bit of a letdown on the Spider to be honest, but useful for many dioramas etc.

Here's the first of my old-school Boyz (And Nikkit the Runt). I am still working on some moe friends for them.

A small squad of old Evil Sunz Space Ork models from the early 90's, with classic flame decoration on some of their shoulder pads and around the mouth of the big gun. There is als a smaller greenskin called a Runt who is to be the assistant for a Mekaniak (Ork inventor and repair guy). In the background is my old Battlemasters tower with some gaps filles wit green modelling clay.

Today i'd like to share a fun little set that I got last year, but forgot to build at the time. This is the 40658 Millenium Falcon Holiday Diorama!

She also has a book with Jedi marking engraved on the front. Also, BB-8 is there with Chewbacca. Along the top is a string of lights in various colours, with a cute little Porg sitting on top.

The back of the diorama, showing a bunk bed with a storage space beneath for two lichtsabers, although held by the blade... Let's not think too hard on that, and enjoy the holiday season.

The final day, Day 24! Here we get: a small version of the Crimson Firehawk ship from a children's star wars series. Also, Santa showed up! Happy Holidays everybody!

a small spaceship model, the Crimson Firehawk. It has a lot of red, as you'd expect from the name, a transparent blue cockpit and 4 engines, two of which are mounted on the top of the wings. Having looke dup the regular Lego verison, it does look a lot like it! But i would have preferred a Star Wars Santa-like figure. Or the Reindeer Gonk droid from last year!

A Lego Santa! he's got black boots, red pants and coat with white edges, a black belt and of course a large white beard. His hat is also red with a wide white band along the edge. He looks pleased to see us, with a sparkle in his eyes beneath grey eyebrows. He also has a licht brown bag in his right hand, no doubt full of presents!

On Day 23, the second-to-last day we get: more vehicles! This time the classic Luke's Landspeeder and a funky little sled using Uruk-Hai swords from the old LotR sets for the runners!

A micro-scale model of Luke's landspeeder from the original Star Wars movie. It has a curved front end and is mostly beige, with a dark red stripealong the sides. There are two passengers, probably meant to represent Luke and C-3PO. It looks pretty cool, honestly.

A small sled with a brown push handle at the back, a red seating area and a golden yellow pull bar at the front. The runners are two dark grey swords like the Uruk-Hai of Saruman had in the Lord of the Rings movies, with the upright hook at the front. Neat idea.

Day 22 is here! This time we have the Razor Crest, the ship of the Mandalorian, from the show of the same name. And in the City calendar we have a cute little steamtrain with a passenger carriage.

This is a small version of the Razor Crest spaceship from the Mandalorian TV show, mostly grey with some dark grey engine pods along the sides and 2 small cannon at the front. There are yellow areas on either side of the ship, just behind the guns and below the cockpit.

A tiny toy steamtrain, consisting of a locomotive and one passenger carriage. Both have red lower sides, with the loc having a light green top side. The carriage and loc both have dark green roofs and there is a large white smoke cloud coming out of the chimney at the front of the loc. Nifty use of an ice cream piece, i must say!

Day 21, almost at the end! We get... Darth Vader's castle? Guess its from something i never watched. Also a soldier doll or something? Apparently the kids get a soldier who's as big as them? Ok then...

A smaal version of the castle of Darth Vader, which is a thing that exists i guess! It looks like a triangle with a slot cut out of the middle, all in black except for the red lava flowing out the middle front of the ominous building.

The head is an blank yellow headpiece, topped with a dapper black soldier hat, maybe Napoleonic in style. There is a grey sabre in its left hand. WHY anyone would give a child such a large thing to a kid is beyond me but then I'm not a Lego figure either.

Day 20 has another figure! Huzzah! And a somewhat disappointing Christmas tree. I feel this one is less nice then the previous years version. Ah well, can't have winners every time. The Praetorian Guard looks neat, don't remember this one in the sequel movies though.

He's got armour like a stormtrooper, but red and with a cooler helmet with two eyeslits that extend downwards like inverted L's. He's holding a staff with a transparent pink cone on either end as some sort of energy weapon.

And now onto day 19! We have Yoda's Jedi starfighter and a nice snowman!

a Jedi starfighter in the colours that Yoda used for his ship. The hull is grey, with a massive glass cockpit. The wings have large dark green panels and a round blue one-stud piece that represents an astromech droid.

Day 18 brought us two very different things: a U-Wing for Star Wars and a cute little reindeer with teensy sled. I think the reindeer is very neat, despite being just a few little pieces!

A micro-scale UT-60D 'U-WIng' starfighter and small scale troop transport. It looks like a white triangle with a slot in the tip running towards the middle. It has four engines at the back set in pairs, one above the other. There are some blue spots under the front prongs and just in front of the cockpit. Either side of the cockpit are yellow squares.

Onto day 17 with: Luke Skywalker! And Mrs.(?) Claus! I never know what honourific to use for married ladies.

Lego Luke Skywalker, wearing black pants and a darker green jumper with his old home on Tatooine, including the twin suns. They are outlined in white and red respectively, with snowfall since it's still a christmas jumper. Luke als has his black glove on the right hand, so this is after Vader cut it off on the first Death Star. His lightsaber is silver with a bright green blade.

The rear of Luke, showing the other side of the jumer with a moisture vaporator device next to a Jawa Landcrawler, where he met R2-D2 and C-Threepio! I wish they made this and Leia's jumpers as real life clothes!

Day 16 brought us: The Ghost from the animated show Star Wars: Rebels and a small snow-scooter!

On day 15 we get: a 501st Legion Clone trooper and a bunny!

Day 14 brings: another spaceship (a Mandalorian Gauntlet) and a remote controlled helicopter!

Day 13 gave me: a T-6 Jedi shuttle and a lady wearing skates!

Sorry folks, i keep having difficulties with the advent this year! On Day 12 i got: The Emperor's Shuttle and a baby stroller.

And on day 11 we got some special things: A micro-scale Republic Venator-class Assault Cruiser and a tiny Baby!

Tiny version of a Republic Venator-class Assault Cruiser, looking like a small light grey wedge was stuck in the back of a larger one. There is a dark red stripe along the top leading to the command tower, where in the shows starfighters would launch from. It's amazing how a model so small manages to depict most of the distinct shapes of the 'real' thing!

Day 10: I forgot my phone at someones house and couldn't post, but now it's ok and i can! We have Ahsoka Tano, a Jedi from the more recent Star Wars series in her adult form. And a remote controlled electric tram!

A minifigure of Ahsoka Tano, a star wars alien Jedi. She has white headtails of sorts coming down either side of her face and a wider one on het back, all with blue tiger-stripe markings. Her skin is orange with white face markings and blue eyes. She is wearing dark grey and black clothes and holds two silver lightsabers with transparant clear blades. I guess the couldn't make them white like in the films and series because that doesn't look right.
