Mini tomato tarts! We like to use the store-bought shells since it's faster, but they're super easy to make! Brush mustard in the shell, add shredded mozza, diced tomatoes, mince garlic and a tiny bit of olive oil. Bake until the shell is cooked and the cheese just melted~~
