You know full well this is going to be challenged in court and the likelihood it will stand is not strong. That said, we need to push these laws none the less and challenge Congress to FIX the laws so we can sue when our rights are violated.

The Governor just signed my bill to allow people to sue ICE, Border Patrol, and other federal agents for violating people’s constitutional rights. Starting immediately, people can sue federal agents retroactive to abuse occurring in March 2025.
