Can you comment on this as well? I keep seeing people on Twitter/X claiming that "Alastor didn't kill this guy because he was racist, and if you claim he did, you're a woke sperg (1)" since that episode aired back in November 2025. 😭 (1) Ableist slur for "Asperger's syndrome", now "autism" (ASD-1).

I still don't get why so many 'Hazbin Hotel' fans want Alastor to be an irredeemably evil villain, even when @vivziepop.bsky.social already confirmed that Roo is that character in the show, and @amirtalai.bsky.social said in a previous Q&A interview that "Alastor can be redeemed if he wants to be".

Bringing this back up due to Alastor apparently seeing women as "delicate and fragile". I'd love see an AU scenario where [human?] Alastor has his perception of women completely shattered, because Charlie is definitely not "delicate and fragile" in her demon form.

A big thanks to @vivziepop.bsky.social for answering the "which song is the music notes over the door of the hotel for" query! I asked my musician friend this question back in June 2026, and he couldn't determine what they were just by looking at them. (He studies and composes music in TV/films.)

Fun fact: In the 'Hazbin Hotel' Season 2 commentary, @vivziepop.bsky.social mentions that "Alastor tried reaching the dead MANY TIMES". If you look on the shelf in the scene that @amirtalai.bsky.social voices, there's a crystal ball, along with the skull of one of his previous human sacrifices (?).

Question for @vivziepop.bsky.social about the 'Hazbin Hotel' Season 2 DVD/Blu-ray commentary: If Lucifer doesn't remember names, then who made the "No Alastors Allowed" sign outside of his bedroom?

So I've had a few people message me about the 'Hazbin Hotel' Season 2 DVD/Blu-ray commentary due to @vivziepop.bsky.social calling Alastor "old-school" with his views (see below). My response is "Well, yeah, that's literally shown up in every tarot reading I've done for his character." 😂 #Alastor

Advice for 'Hazbin Hotel' fans: Don't send death threats/suicide baiting. Reminding minors that your account is 18+, "minors DNI" (i.e. "minors, do not interact"), and full of NSFW/porn is not being a "predator". It's called being "responsible" by keeping minors out of adult-only spaces.

Since everyone already seems to be making this about shipping (CA/RS/RA/etc.): Alastor seems more preoccupied with making sure his staff works, which implies this takes place right after the S2 finale and Rosie fixing it for him. Remember, he has his "villain arc" coming up. #HazbinHotel #Alastor

I tried reading a 'Hazbin Hotel' fanfiction that had an interesting premise, but the author wrote Angel Dust like this within 30 seconds of starting.

Advice from my psychologist of around 25 years, who has been my therapist since childhood (and often played mancala with me): "You can't control others' actions, but you can control how you respond." The closest quote in the show to this would probably be Alastor's response to Charlie in S1E7.

This is the same guy who wrote 'Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality', where he cast his younger self as "Harry Potter", and rewrote the entire story to make Harry a superhero-esque figure with "the power of rationality"; ditches Ron; and romances Hermione.

So I'm watching the new reality TV series 'The Golden Ticket: A Competition Series' on Netflix, and aside from the unnerving AI Gene Wilder voice - why didn't they just hire an actor to be the host of the show? - it's basically "What if 'Big Brother', but 'Willy Wonka' themed?"

This new card for Lucifer may be relevant to Season 3 of 'Hazbin Hotel'. A while back, I identified one of the Morningstar family portraits that was featured in the upcoming official art book to be a smaller replica of Central Park in New York City ("The Big Apple"). #HazbinHotel

I will never understand people who always crossbreed Friesian horses with every other horse breed in existence. Most Friesian breeders acknowledge that crossing is, at best, a crapshoot. "I love my Friesian x Quarter Horse cross!", but it's the fugliest horse you've ever seen. 😭

Random question about the Season 3 trailer for 'Helluva Boss', but I noticed that there seem to be few-to-no bird sinners in Hell, while a lot of Hellborn (Ars Goetia?) are birds. (The only bird sinner in 'Hazbin Hotel' seems to be Rooster.) Was that a specific design choice?

correlance.bsky.social @correlance.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

This puts this scene with Lucifer, Alastor, and Charlie from S1E5 into new context as well. I know the "I am racist" meme has been going around for Lucifer as of late, but he really does give off "don't you touch my daughter, you lowly and filthy mortal/sinner" vibes. Yikes. 💀

The fact that the Hellborn (and Seven Sins?) depict Lucifer and Lilith as literal gods makes me wonder how they see Charlie. Lucifer and Lilith are respected and feared as Morningstars, but nobody (save for Alastor, the strongest sinner) seems to respect Charlie. #HelluvaBoss

@amirtalai.bsky.social - Random question, but in Season 2, we see that Alastor gets the idea to make a deal with Vox, and later free himself from Rosie's deal, by looking at a statue of the Morningstars and young Charlie. What do you think would've happened if Alastor and Charlie had met earlier?

It's interesting to see people compare [human] Alastor to Light Yagami/Kira from 'Death Note', especially with Viv's recent comments on his "moral code". Jeremy Jordan (Lucifer Morningstar in 'Hazbin Hotel') sung the song "Hurricane" back in 2014-2015. (by Soap_Tears) #Alastor

I came up with an idea to adapt the classical painting 'La jeune fille et la mort', painted in 1876 by French artist Henri-Léopold Lévy, into the "death scene" for my 'Hazbin Hotel' OC who is a sinner. It may take me a while to sketch and paint over it, let alone complete. 💀

Bad news for those waiting for DragonCon to upload the 2026 event Q&A interview that's been gaining a lot of interest on TikTok and Instagram with @vivziepop.bsky.social (VivziePop): Not only do you have to pay $10 for access to the video, the video itself won't be uploaded for at least a few weeks.

Imagine if Vox had a drone follow Alastor to Cannibal Town and Rosie's Emporium. All he would have to do is secretly record Alastor saying this and replay it for Charlie in order to "break her spirit". I'm honestly surprised that didn't happen in Season 2. #HazbinHotel #Alastor
