I successfully grew a Jerusalem Artichoke from a tiny tuber nugget!! Yay me!!

Jerusalem Artichoke just started to bloom. Blossoms are yellow.

Look what my idiot brother did to the windbreak my Mother planted 25 years ago!! She planted these as tiny baby trees, set up an electric fence to keep the cows we had then out, mowed so carefully around them for years...and in one evening he ruined it all.
