I love it. We need to do much more like this in the UK. I think we're still in a fair state of shock that a nation that was once regarded as a place ally has very quickly moved into the potential threat category which just seems utterly bizarre and has caught most of guard.

It took a few years of counselling to get to the point where I didn't laugh, with awkwardness I think, when she said to me, be kind to yourself. I guess she could see me through her lens, but I used to think what a daft thing to say to me... Until the penny dropped 🤍

All I can say is, if you're a #CSASurvivor, it's never too late. I kept everything to myself and stayed quiet for 35 years and only now am starting to unpick the trauma... Seek help and support and make that first step. 🫂
