Elsa Dog loves to go to the park when I do my weekly bird count there. She’s a good birding dog because she absolutely could not care less about local wildlife. Not even when @nathanielpiha.bsky.social points them out. Nothing with a nest is being chased by this pup!

I seldom post about things I didn’t care for but this… This is in a category of its own. I was promised fossils and I kinda got that, along with the least likable main character I’ve met in ages. I was rooting for the incredibly ridiculous creature that may or may not have existed to eat him.

What an interesting experiment this is. I can’t even imagine the work that went into putting it together. Parts of the interlocking story are told on inserted postcards, napkins, etc. Gotta respect the effort.
