Y'know what it reminds me of? A lemon meringue pie. Everything is either white or gold. There's no subtle tones, just one colour or another.

A slice of lemon meringue pie. It looks just as white and gold as the gaudy Oval Office.

A screenshot from Persona 3 Reload. Fuuka, a character from the game, says "And besides, I like the colors more when I watch on a CRT".

"How are you going to make it move? It doesn't have a -"

"Be very quiet," advised the duke, "for it goes without saying."

And, sure enough, as soon as they were all quite still, it began to move quickly through the streets, and in a very short time they arrived at the royal palace.

An image of the technique Frog Squash from the SNES RPG Chrono Trigger. The left side of the screen features a giant chromatic frog with a mildly confused expression, as if it's not quite sure what's going on.
The right side of the screen informs us that this attack is called Frog Squash and can be cast by Frog, a party member who is, in fact, a frog. That's not actually his name, but that's just how Chrono Trigger rolls. It lets us know that the spell costs 15 MP to cast.
The text "Hit all foes. Damage higher when HP is low." is at the bottom of the screen.

Cat: "Father, why have you forbade me from entering the delicious chamber?"

Man: "It's called an oven and you will die."

Cat: "I am strong, father."

This is just a hop, skip and a jump from the Triumph of Saint Katherine.

The model for the Triumph of Saint Katherine, a unit from Warhammer 40K. There are warrior nuns defending a coffin containing Saint Katherine. Robotic baby corpses with angel wings flutter about overhead.

Today is the 28th of May 2025, which is apparently the canonical birthdate of Deidre Skye, the leader of Gaia's Stepdaughters from Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri.

Deidre Skye, a young woman with fair skin, blue eyes, brown hair and tartan accessories so that you know that she's Scottish.

I finally managed to discover my own example of Google's AI being incredibly useless. Congratulations on whoever made this meme, Google is willing to declare your work as part of the Fraiser canon.

Google's stupid AI says that the "get in the robot" meme originates from the sitcom Fraiser.

The meme that Google's braindead AI is probably getting its information from. Fraiser Crane is in front of his brother's hospital bed and is being told by a doctor to "pilot the EVA", or else his wounded brother Niles "will have to do it again".

Warhammer 40K has always been a deeply serious setting. Just look at Inquisitor Obiwan Sherlock Clousseau!

A picture of Inquisitor Obiwan Sherlock Closseau, a canonical character from Warhammer 40K who is an excellent example that this is a franchise that should never be taken too seriously.

You versus the cat she tells you not to worry about (Thumbnail from YouTube channel Facts about Cats)

A thumbnail of a YouTube video comparing the cat breeds Maine Coon and Ragdoll. A Maine Coon is on the left, glaring at the viewer with piercing yellow eyes. A Ragdoll is on the right, looking like an indignant baby.
