#Artfight for RedXephyr, of his warforged character (right) beating my idiot (left) at chess. [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils #warforged ]

Two warforged (robot) characters are seated at a chess table in a simple park scene. The one on the left has a smooth, helmet-like visor with a triangular blue screen in place of a face and is wearing a purple long-sleeved hooded coat with the hood pulled up. One of his fists is on the table and he is resting his chin on the other. There is a blue anime-type "vein" on his face-screen to denote frustration. The character on the right is a more conventional-looking warforged with a sculpted face and glowing blue eyes. He is wearing a gray cloak with the hood pulled up and a darker gray sleeveless robe fastened with corded buttons. He is cheerfully moving one of the chess pieces on the board, and is presumably winning the game.

Another #artfight, this one for AngisArts (Characterhub: Angi_). [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

A silver, circular picture frame borders the character. A white-skinned man with pointed ears and purplish-black hair sits at an organ bench, smiling softly at the viewer. He is dressed in Victorian clothing with a gray vest, white dress shirt, and a white cravat with purple trim and a purple gemstone on the collar. The gemstone matches his eyes, which gaze up behind small, round silver pince-nez glasses. His hair is tied into a ponytail with a gray ribbon and center-parted bangs frame either side of his face. The man also has a tail with a gray-furred tip, which is just barely visible in the picture frame. The organ is a four-manual and only the keyboards and part of the side stops are visible. The background is a moody dark purple room with a window set into a stone brick wall and a tapestry hung next to it.

#Artfight #6 for AceGreymoore! [ #art #pokemon #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

A male pokemon trainer kneels with one knee on the ground in front of an Ursaring. The Ursaring's front paws are outstretched threateningly and it is roaring into the air. The trainer has pale skin and black hair. He is wearing dark clothing: a fishnet undershirt, a purple long-sleeved shirt with ripped shoulders, a dark blue vest covered in music-themed pins, ripped dark gray jeans, and black-and-white Converse shoes covered in metal studs. He is also wearing a dark gray hat that has metal studs on the front half of it. The trainer is holding a pokeball out like he is posing for the opening of a pokemon battle.

#artfight #5 for Alae, aka Alnaster on tumblr. A freshly picked cucumber from my garden to u [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

An anime girl from an extreme top-down perspective is looking up at the viewer. She has a green and yellow-green color scheme like a cucumber. There is a small yellow flower in her hair, tucked behind her ear. She is wearing a dress with a heart-shaped leaf decorating the front and two large, three-pronged leaves on the flared skirt of the dress. Her dress belt looks like cucumber slices. There is a curly vine ending in another heart-shaped leaf coming from behind her like a tail. The background is a light brown, irregularly shaped patch of color covered in small yellow cucumber flowers.

#artfight #4 for Vynne (levynnie on x, levynne on tumblr). [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

A male figure with messy, jaw-length hair wearing a vest, tie, and dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He looks down and lights a cigarette. The figure and background are shrouded in dark shadows but there is light shining from behind the man's hands, creating a glow around his hands and on part of his face. His eyes are obscured by shadow.

#Artfight number three, Mikaere Nwabara for pyaari. [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

A black man with shoulder-length dreadlocks, dressed in a motorcycle jacket and gloves, with a septum piercing and snakebite piercings. He is looking down and in the process of removing one glove with a relaxed smile on his face.

'Nother #artfight piece from July, a lil dragon named Spade for Scotchgrove. [ #art #artfight2025 #teamfossils ]

A watercolor-style picture of a small red dragon with dark purple wings and a tail-tip shaped like a spade card suit. He is running akimbo with a bag of coins in his mouth.

"What does it look like? The shape in the glass?" [ #art #oc #dnd ]

A moody, blue-green monotone drawing of a vague reflection of a person on a glass surface. The only features visible in the reflection are a single glowing eye and a hand touching the face. One hand is visible touching the surface of the glass, meeting fingers with the person's reflection. On the other side of the glass, a handprint and two glowing eyes are visible.

"New friends? Bring them home. Come home to us, Dalim. Your brother misses you." [ #art #oc #dnd ]

A humanoid figure with a hooded boxer robe and a triangular visor in place of a face stands surrounded by tall trees. He is staring at something above him, and his stance is wide and his posture low, ready to run. Above the trees, a tall, amorphous figure with an enormous eye stares down at him. White, distorted text in the middle of the image reads "there you are".

Get choke-slammed, birdbrain. [ #art #oc #dnd ]

A low-perspective image of a humanoid figure wearing a hooded, knee length robe choke-slamming a kenku from Dungeons and Dragons.

My cleric's fire elemental design🔥 [ #pathfinder #oc #art ]

A figure made entirely of fire. It had four glowing red eyes and no nose or mouth. It is rising up from the ground with its arms outstretched.

Aasimar. [ #pathfinder #oc #art ]

A moody portrait of an elf with long pointed ears and straight white shoulder-length hair, wearing a white robe with red-and-gold trimmed sleeves and collar. He is grimacing and clutching the left side of his face, and there are two glowing yellow eyes on the right side of his face. A tear is falling from his lower right eye. Three streaks of glowing yellow light erupt from either side of his head, resembling stylized wings. The background is a basic gradient of light shining down on the figure.

Drew that one meme with my lil' pathfinder druid and her buff gf.

An un-colored, un-shaded drawing of a half-orc woman with her hair in a ponytail hugging a smaller half-elf woman with shoulder-length hair and a bandana partially obscuring her eyes. The half-orc is saying "my beloved". The half-elf has her head against the half-orc's chest with her face partially turned to the viewer and a thought bubble above her head that says "BOOBIE".

I should try posting on here again. Here is a cat.

A calico cat with a green collar is sitting on a square-shaped storage cube lid. She is looking politely at the camera.

Let's get spooky! Ferrous as an iron "zombie" for Halloween.

A spooky fellow made of gray iron, cracked and rusty, staring straight at the viewer with orange and yellow eyes and a chipped half-grin. His hair is partly covering the left side of his face and the right side of his head is broken away. The background is dark blue with bright orange hatching by the character's broken head, with a dark pattern matching the cracks on the character.

An exercise I did to break down the layers of clothing my Pathfinder cleric wears.

Cori @coricalico.bsky.social · 01/10/2023

Wanted to try something different and draw in a style similar to Glen Murakami, circa 2003 Teen Titans. It's always fun to examine another person's art and dissect different elements of their style.

A digital drawing of a character leaping over a concrete barrier in a parkour pose. The character has a slim, masculine body made of dark gray iron arranged to resemble musculature, with cracks along the muscles/joints and patches of rust. He is wearing black athletic shorts, a silver belt, and orange scarf with charred ends. He has orange and yellow eyes and dark hair parted over one side of his face.

Portrait of Theresa Fractale I did for an art class last year. I can't do this gorgeous woman justice but I'm quite proud of the hatching on the braids.

A black and white ink portrait of a black woman. Her hair is in a woven braid over her shoulder and she's wearing a Victorian-style top with a cameo necklace. Her hand is over her sternum. There are gold accents on the jewelry and makeup she is wearing.
