Working through my editing notes from the producers BACKWARDS...back to front...so that the timecode of the notes won't change. If I change the first thing, it throws all my timecoded notes off.

Having Louper.io extension directly in @avidmediacomposer.bsky.social is amazing. I no longer need to control complicated broadcasting apps outside of #AVID & can stream my program monitor or GUI easily plus dock it to a bin. Clutch for those working remote with directors #postchat #postsky

ProTip for younger/less exp editors: In non-fiction cutting, I am carving up interview audio, remove "ums", controlling pacing, subbing out syllables so sentences end on downtones, etc. Makes subjects more authoritative/confident, so film is more authoritative/confident (1/2) #postsky #post #edit
