Mortimer Freebish, AKA Arrow Ace (or possibly Arrowsmith; he couldn't decide) was an aspiring super-villain who kidnapped the Falcon's bird, Redwing, in order to lure the hero into combat in order to establish a rep for himself. His stated aim was to become 'the greatest villain this side of Doctor Doom' in order to attract girls.
