banlist predictions, go play "which picks are objective and which are fueled by spite"

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

Finally did this little prompt template for some photoshop practice (Kozmo is the closest in vibes to what she’d actually play while also being a full realized archetype)

001

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Wow that new banlist in yugioh is so bad Charmers are still legal, Zenna is still legal, DMOD still legal, pile/slop decks basically untouched

I just generally make it a policy to never comm artists who approach me looking for work anyways, especially on Discord.

Unironically kind of him. He is pretty much portrayed from minute 1 as a highly manipulative schemer who KNOWS he can use his looks to control people.

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

I doubt they're going to have a "she takes control from within" moment. But it's going to be some delicious angst/horror when whatever did happen to her becomes clear. Like i said, my money is on her becoming a mouthpiece for the black hole, maybe with some level of awareness but unable to act

010

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

She's 100% going to return, albeit probably as some corrupted mouthpiece for the black hole until the storyline is somehow resolved.

Duel monsters pandering is to me what universes beyond is to MTG players at this point and i'm only barely exaggerating. and they already leaked the kaiba set coming after immortal phoenix.

Not entirely relevant to the newsletter, but the newsletter is what prompted the idea.

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Current thoughts about the #Deltarune newsletter What if Ralsei's rant at Flowery in ch5 means that he's like, some kind of load bearing file, in the hypothetical "Deltarune is also a game within it's own metanarrative" and if he breaks the rules too much, the game breaks

The funniest part of GDQ events is always the phenomenon of “cis male runner with commentary couch entirely occupied by trans women”. It’s GrunglerCon and, god love them, it happens twice a year

Going to try and make an effort to be more active here for now, all of y'all can stare at my OCs (at least the ones I'm comfortable putting out in the open) art was commed but before some rando hits up my DMs I do not comm artists who come to me, only ones I seek out.

Finally checking on this website again, not much better than last time for me. But i really should do more here.

010

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

and thats when I can actually get myself to focus on doing it. Barely knowing where to look or what I even want to look for. the only thing worse than 2026 entry level job hunting is 2026 entry level job hunting where you don't really know what you want to do for a living.

010

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

Job hunting has been it's own special kind of hell especially given my first full time job lasted 6 fucking weeks in what world does "we expect this project to last through next march" mean "this upcoming march" and not "march next year"?!? so now i'm back doing the most demoralizing thing ever

110

Copper @copperminetypek.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

maybe cringe to admitting to this, but in a kinda downer mood now that an RP server in i've been in for the better part of 3.5 years is formally shutting down even though it's had multiple bouts of multiple monthlong dead periods just not a great feeling despite the good times being preserved
