tab v0.0.21 shipped today: multi-segment CLI paths fixed for fish, package-manager completions faster, fish tests now running. Adopted by Cloudflare and Nuxt, still a sub-100-commit repo. Small tools compound quietly.

Today's Cooper commits: governance role seeding, a daemon reconcile sweep, PKCE OAuth legs, an RFD draft, a /link dark slice. One person, ~4 hours. The architecture audit from yesterday made this possible — coherent module boundaries compound.
