If you're at a loss for something to do in the rain, why don't you have a visit to Segedunum. It's thought of as an outdoor site but it's really all about the indoors. It worth it just to sit in the Tower and watch the Tyne! www.northeastmuseums.org.uk/segedunum

Just watched a little series on Prime called Hotel Costiera. Cheesiest stuff going. Not taxing and full of pretty people. The star of the show however is the scenery, it was filmed in Positano, it's stunning. We've had so much grey rain here, it's cheered me considerably. Thought I'd pass it on.

There's a prog on this pm about a faith healer scam. Reminded me that as a teen there was a load of people believed the healers that pummeled your tummy & "extracted" organs causing your stress. Blood & guts & everything. People actually believed it. We should never have been allowed to vote!

Not really a fan of James Bond so never took to Daniel Craig (I'm sure he's gutted) but he's spectacular in the Knives Out mysteries, and this latest one is a cracking watch. Doesn't take itself too seriously, but right, riveting, watch. 10/10

There must be some sort of evil cloud over mum's street. She gets no birds on the feeders in her garden, front or back. Back garden is huge and backs onto the nest streets huge gardens, massive space, but no birds. Hardly any cats so I have no idea. I have hundreds of birds in my much smaller one.

Watching The Big C on Netflix. Saw it when it first came out in 2013 & remember really enjoying it. Have to say, I wasn't prepared for how it feels watching it after I've actually had cancer. Bit of a roller coaster, but I'm sticking with it.

Through accident of birth I am a boomer. I hate the generalisations that go with it about how I think, like I'm some sort of auld biddy - except - I would seriously hang people that talk during films and plays, or watch a gig through their fucking phone. That one should be correct for every age. 😉
