My Asics/Adidas have worked great for most of my life, and with walking or running they still do perfectly, even at work. Plus I can always get them on sale at Kohls. But the standing is getting me, and I spend enough time simply standing around for it to be a noticeable hinderance.

Conterez @conterez.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Might be finally biting the financial bullet and getting some more expensive shoes. Usually try to get on-sale $50-80, but standing for long periods has been enough of a pain for me that I may need to double that price range to get something better. Trick is finding some good ones

I have a countess whose family made a contract with an archfey several generations back and they came to collect. The archfey's representative was the most self-centered B*tch of an eladrin, so my countess took on the job herself in part to put the wench in her place.

Can't go wrong with the classic Halloween-y type outfits. Witch, mummy, devil/succubus, etc. As I've made OCs I've thought about what they'd want to dress up as for Halloween.

I don't know how this show was on early enough for me to know it existed, but right after All-That and the other SNICK shows we were treated to kids telling ghost stories around a fire and watching the horror portrayed on-screen. My cowardice in horror media all stems from this show

Digimon Cybersleuth has been completed! Needed to scratch that JRPG itch and that did it quite well. Also I've decided that Kudamon is my digimon. Always had a made up one growing up, but its design matches Kudamon surprisingly well so I figure a transfer is in order
