BT is a swan (goose) maiden. BT is a special case. His species of selkie is considered unnatural, because one of BT’s ancestors was a non-selkie who was able to transform with the stolen coat of a selkie so they take other forms rather than the normal mammal.

TK and QT are sea otter selkies. TK and QT were rescued by Kelp after a storm that hit the coast and brought to Ccino to be raised until they could potentially find the kits family. They were unsuccessful but by the time they determined that, Ccino had claimed the kits as his own.

Ccino is a river otter selkie. His romp (group of otters) is further inland, but he chose to move to the coast for the quiet it brought and the chance to open his own business. He met and befriended Kelp and later took in TK and QT as his own kits.

Tangle is the combo of Dancetale and Error. His timeline had stopped progressing, due to a glitch in the aus code, thus slating it for destruction to keep the main timeline from corrupting. Tangle was found in the guardian of destruction's antivoid and accepted the offer to become their apprentice.
