in conclusion, i feel so lucky to have seen one of my fav bands live and experience their evolution w/ them!! i’ve seen them live one other time and that was ~10 years ago. i love Damon and i love the Gorillaz ♥️

hearing Stylo live was suchhh a treat 🥹 also they brought so many people on tour with them omg

180

june 🎃🧡 @constantheadaches.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

but Damon Albarn will always be one of my favorite artists fr because he has helped platform SO many talented smaller artists with his band and he still does, especially black artists 💜 performing with the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble here (from Chicago!)

speaking of Damon, that man is an absolute angel but i know security was STRESSING 😭 he kept going off stage to hug fans and sign merch while performing, and he was so far from the stage, i know it meant the world to them!! the entire show 😭😭 (the spotlight is following him)

i really loved the way they did the visuals for this show :’)) it was so cool to have both 2D and Damon on screen at the same time 🌀

ik people had valid concerns abt a whole new language being created for this universe, but it looks like it was a deliberate choice from one of the original creators and something they wanted to do for a while (from www.animationmagazine.net/2026/07/sdcc...)
