Hope you fellow authors out there are doing well. Getting back into writing, slowly but surely. I'll get there eventually!! I'll finish something this year, or bust!

Work kicks my ass, but I must write. 500-1000 is typically my daily goal. Finally got a great idea I'm working on that I'm passionate about!! 😊

Connor Christenson @connorwillchris.bsky.social · 10/06/2025

Yoyoyo I discovered that I wrote really well when taking a walk, and speaking into my phone's recorder app. Then transcribing it into word or scrivener (might suck for some people, but I find it fun) 625 words spoken in 5ish minutes!!!

I don't normally like advertising my own stuff, but I'm doing Fiverr gigs now to help me pay for rent and get my foot in the door of software development. Please take a look if you need a website. www.fiverr.com/s/LdWjXza

Connor Christenson @connorwillchris.bsky.social · 04/12/2024

Didn't get much writing done yesterday 😭 Only around 175 words, which is pretty terrible for me. I'll be aiming for around 1500 today to make up for yesterday. Wish me luck! 🤞

Hey guys, bad news...gonna take a break from my current project "project dragon." The story's not going in a direction I like. It's mostly just "same old same old" when it comes to writing it. I'm going to consider writing a traditional #litrpg novel, but we'll see. I'll keep you guys posted. 😅

Connor Christenson @connorwillchris.bsky.social · 01/12/2024

Ever hear about a game jam? Let's do the same thing, but it's a writers jam! You are given a rough prompt (a one sentence or word prompt) and can interpret that however you want. You write a 500-1000 word story and share it among authors! You then critique each other's work. What do you guys think?

110

Connor Christenson @connorwillchris.bsky.social · 25/11/2024

7K words starting today. Gonna get up to 8K, and then I will be THAT much closer to 10% of my book! My book is 100K words btw 😀

000

Connor Christenson @connorwillchris.bsky.social · 24/11/2024

Also, sad news: no words written today 😭 might try to get up to 500 words, but we'll have to see. Saturdays might be my day off of writing...
