Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 1hIt’s October and I’ve already decided my 2027 New Year’s resolution is I’m going to get into oil painting. Which is cool, in a way, because my whole life I never felt like I needed a resolution before 060
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 8hBecause of the way I look I’m often assumed to be younger than I actually am- but what’s interesting is the moment people start to realise I’m older than they thought is when I mention having a husband. Like that’s the giveaway that leads to “wait… how old are you??” 1200
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 19hGonna download Grindr and put masc in the bio because I just built two shelves. Yes for the first 15-20 mins it was like this image of Patrick but 5 episodes of Sabrina the teenage witch later I have two stacked shelves for DVDs 4440

Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 29/09/2026For personal reasons getting through the month of August felt like being the final girl in a horror movie; surviving to the end but suffering to get there. By sharp contrast, September was offloaded with great things right at the start and has flown by in the blink of an eye. Anyone else feel this? 1290

Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 26/09/2026I’ve thought about it all night and I’ve decided I’ll forgive the ridiculous writing of Madison Montgomery this season on the condition that “surprise bitch” just becomes her catchphrase. Like she opens a door and says it. Go full stupid with it 0100

Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 18/09/2026As a little gay kid I fucking LOVED this book. I was 6 years old fully taking this from school just so I could draw the illustrations inside and I can’t believe I found images of it again online 1170
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026You can tell I looked at a bunch of 80s slasher posters and vhs posters for this to her or right there’s a bunch all happening to make it work and I do love how it turned out. It’s not a fave season but it’s a fun one and I think I captured that 1201
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026The season 8 poster was A LOT of fun to do bringing back thag satanic imagery but it was all the little bits of skulls and apocalyptic stuff I wanted to weave in with this Adam and Eve nod to the couple whose names no one remembers 0120
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026My season 7 poster is the oldest one and I think you can tell because it’s not as good. The lines could be better, the details could be better. I still support the overall idea if I was going to redo one it’d be this but then I’d want to redo them all and I don’t have that in me 0120
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026I am a big Stan of season 6 for its marketing and how it was handled. i wanted to show some nod to the promos hence the question marks on the pig and the smokey number 6. Of course it needed the blood moon and I don’t think the fandom gives Adina Porter enough flowers for this one 1100
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026The season 5 one was fun to draw because it’s one of my favourite seasons I just think it has a sexiness and a bite to it. It was mainly inspired by all the promo trailers and I wanted to compose it in a way that showed desire and passion as a driving force behind most of what happens 0120
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Season 4 was my least favourite season- until season 10 onwards. But it was fun to draw because it’s a lot more colourful- especially the Tattler twins 0120
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026For season 3 I wanted the poster with stark white open spaces like Miss Robichaux's Academy’s academy. It’s a women centric season so the relevant male characters are barely showing with Evan being just a blond bubble butt. But my favourite part i did was Myrtle and Misty 0160
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026For season 2 I wanted it to look like you could put it underneath the season 1 poster. So sister Mary Eunice is falling lining up with the rubberman in murder house and protagonists to one side, antagonists to the other all circling around Briarcliff 1180
Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Since American horror story premiers in a week from now I’m resharing my AHS posters one per season (I didn’t do season 10 because it’s not good!) with season 1 I did some satanic imagery in composition particularly with Ben who, more than the house more than Tate is the cause of all the problems 0130

Connoralsodraws @connoralsodraws.bsky.social · 16/09/2026I did this drawing because as a movie Barbie was really good at not actually making a thesis statement it existed on vibes.
