Having been in Belfast for most this week & needing to be in Dublin on Monday & Tuesday I grabbed the opportunity to spend the weekend with exploring a bit of Northern Ireland with my amazing friend, Deirdre. It’s been a long time coming & a treat to have quality time together

What a privilege to spend a wk in Kildare with In Sync training 15 amazing new #StartfromtheHeartParentsGroup facilitators. They join our community of facilitators in Laois, Offaly, Longford & Westmeath. We are very much looking forward to continuing the journey with our growing facilitators network

Thank you for your ‘gentle persuasion’ in 2016-17 that encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone & for all you do & have done since 🙏❤️

This should come as a surprise to no-one. Tomorrow is international Children’s Day when we promise our children to protect their rights. Instead we will giving them excuses as to why so many are hungry and cold. Governments can choose to end child poverty. www.theguardian.com/society/2024...

1970-I was hospitalised from birth until I was 7 weeks old with little/no visiting. My parents then got a letter to say ‘your daughter is ready for collection’. 2006-my daughter was placed in SCBU at birth. I was able to be at her side & stay down the corridor until she got home. Such a difference!
