CW: Suicide Folk say "If only they had reached out" or suggest that if you're feeling suicidal to reach out to family or friends or even strangers, but in my experience when I was low/suicidal the sheer ability to reach out was beyond me May I suggest if someone is pulling back, check they are OK?

Just another flawed healthcare observation. When you have a newborn and you bring them to a pediatrician, the parents fill out a questionnaire to see if they are suffering from postpartum depression. It's explicitly written that way, It's presented as a test to make sure you don't have it.
