Incredible game. Probably the best Ace Combat campaign they've ever done. I really hope lots of people give this a shot.

Fun day at PAX West! Super interesting to see how much it has changed since I was last there in 2019. More chill overall but definitely fewer big video game booths as well.

Big recommend for Big Walk. So many "big walk tonight?" messages later and our 4 person group finally finished it. Such a fun and fulfilling time spent with friends (100% too)!

The "numbers go up" game that is Granblue Fantasy Relink has absolutely consumed my free time with its new DLC. Honestly so much fun to play.

Never playing the games that people are actively talking about, but finally got around to rolling credits on Returnal after getting skill checked by the game back when it came out. Really great time - looking forward to Saros now!

Work making a big push to get more people to use Copilot and I am so tired like 1 week into it. Coworkers literally sending me generated messages with the stupid emoji bullet point lists and everything in response to what are very straightforward questions. What even is this.

Put together a little graphic of the games I finished this year. 2025 wound up being great for both clearing out the backlog and playing several really incredible new games! (E33 would have slotted into that last spot but I'm only ~75% done and probably won't finish in time)

Graphic showing a grid (5 columns, 5 rows) of 24 games that I've completed in 2025. From the top left to bottom right: Animal Well, Pacific Drive, Slay the Princess, Dredge (with a note that it was the DLC specifically), Under the Waves, A Game About Digging A Hole, Blue Prince, Scarlet Hollow, Cocoon, Sea of Stars, Minishoot' Adventures, 1000xRESIST, Death Stranding 2, Stellar Blade, Hades II, Ball x Pit, Ghost of Tsushima, Slots & Daggers, Megabonk, Disco Elysium, Ace Combat 04, Dispatch, Ace Combat 5, and Ace Combat Zero (with a note that it's in progress).

Just rolled credits on Disco Elysium and I totally understand the absolutely cult like following that game has now. It's incredible. The final couple hours of that game were some of the best I've ever experienced. Many moments throughout my time that will live rent free in my head now.
