![i woke up in a puddle of sweat i feel nauseous and dizzy and everything hurts i can't think through the heat and the brainfog i've been tracking my symptoms and the last week every single thing has gotten worse worse worse. hell on earth is the beautiful sun that gives us life. to me. i'm too tired to sit up i'm too hot to lie down and when i do i can't breathe. i have no energy to get water and without it i feel worse. every muscle activates at once like sleeper agents to tell me they HURT and i go bro me too what about it. fan and ac help but they can't stop the actual heat abnd ffffUCK i caught a cold from being right up in their business last time. i'm clenching my teeth so i don't hurk all over my bed when i try to sleep and that makes my ear pain flare up. i'm taking painkillers to try to handle it and that makes my stomach act up. i [tmi] myself today it's not fucking pretty.
