If I was your key holder, I’d keep you locked as long as possible, so maybe at least a year. But going back at it, take your time and ease in. Shoot for a week, then two weeks, then a month, and so on.

I guess I was on some good drugs in 2025. I was informed that last year I promised to do nearly 2000 miles of charity bike rides. I haven't been on my road bike in 10 years. Gotta try and figure the kink in my kink too. I'm thinking BT lockbox and caging after rides. Ideas?
