WARNING ABOUT COLLECTING PHASE 4 (GOLDEN RASA/VINTAGE SENTINEL)!!!

Very important! When you clear the “Orbital” milestone at the end oh Phase 4 “DO NOT!!!” Collect the Phase 4 milestone right away! It’s bugged, it will possible make you trade the Golden Rasa it just gave you for the Vintage Interceptor. If you decline you can’t collect it during the expedition. Instead goto the anomaly, goto the quicksilver vendor, claim the Vintage Interceptor there and only claim the interceptor. When you do then click the Phase 4 reward. It will let you claim the Golden Rasa but then will ask you to trade it in for another Vintage Interceptor. You can decline and you will still have both ships.

My guesses for what these are renames of. I must note that the names of the Assault, Tactical, and Devastator Brethren detachments echo the classification of squads pre-primaris. Thus why I assume the Assault Brethren is the rename for the vengeful hosts detachment, given it is jump pack focused.

It looks like they made the detachments more generic based on the latest community post about the upcoming space marines codex. This could be good, but assuming they remove the bonuses you get for using epic heroes in some detachments (ala Aethon Shaan for Shadowmark Talon), it could be a big nerf.

Gonna try just priming over the grey seer primer with wraithbone instead on one of the already grey seer primed minis and see if it looks fine. If so, I'll do it for the rest. If not, time to strip some primer.

The warmth added to the dark grey is most notable when you stand it next to the grey seer primed one. It's subtle but adds a lot to the vibes.

Ok yeah I think doing a wraithbone primer rather than grey seer is the way to go. Adds a subtle warmth to the skavenblight dinge and makes painting the wraithbone colored parts of the scheme less tedious by only requiring a bit of touching up with base coat wraithbone afterwards.

Beginning to paint my first intercessor! First is the torso legs, and backpack Skavenblight Dinge needs like, 2 and half to 3 coats to get full coverage given its a layer paint, but I love how its turning out so far. Will probably go back over it to be sure I didn't miss any spots. #Warhammer40k

A more fully detailed one, with the squad number on his left knee. Should a marine be wearing a right pauldron that is not easily able to have the company info put on it, the company heraldry is instead shown on the right knee. For example, this marine is 6th company, 7th squad. (I am very mature)

The dark grey here is allegedly "Dryad Bark", but after buying the paint irl I can confirm that Impcat AND GW's official color thumbnail couldn't be more inaccurate.

I'm surprised that the full terminator squad fit on a home depot paint stick tbh. Once the humidity dies down later today, I'll slap grey seer primer on these fucks.

A ton of warhammer miniatures attached to home depot paint stirring sticks via poster tack. The ballistus dreadnought, terminator teleport beacon, and captain in terminator armor (behind the dreadnought) remain unattached.

Managed to salvage the infernus marine I fucked up. Cut off the fingers molded onto the bottom of the gun and replaced the unfitting nub arm with a spare open hand one from my intercessors sprue. Tried cutting grooves into where the fingers were to make it match, looks ok but might work at it more.

6. Eventually proxies for the two named characters Raven Guard has, Kayvaan Shrike and Aethon Shaan. Seeing as they are both jump pack units I'll probably pick of two of Kayvaan as his jumpack is cooler and he has these cool talon spur boots. This is probably at the bottom of the list rn tho.

3. My chapter canonically uses mortal auxilliary forces, but also just fights alongside mortals often in general (be they human or xenos), so I have a bit of leeway to have some fun making customized proxies for space marine scouts or various imperial agents units (namely the new navy breachers)
