Using calcium imaging in macaque PFC during a meta–WM task, we show that PFC jointly encodes remembered locations + uncertainty. PFC integrates WM strength + cues into a meta-WM signal that guides behavior. A collab btw our team and Liping Wang group doi.org/10.1016/j.ne... 🧠🟦🧠🤖

Using 7T fMRI, our team found a representation of the probability of the next event in human dlPFC —and it’s highly non-monotonic. Confidence signals, in contrast, were mostly monotonic. doi.org/10.1038/s414... 🧠🟦🧠🤖
