Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 22hThis is hardly surprising considering Aqua's status as a visual copy of Kris, who copys them and battle and then even *herself* gets copied at one point by a Netskie. And the word "copy" is indeed used for this. 110
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 22hthe AquaKnife is the only "flower item" to Copy its exact sprite from UNDERTALE; the BlueShoes are very close though. Noelle's flavor text even lampshades this fact 111
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 08/10/2026oh damn yeah that looks good. might have to check it out 010

Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 08/10/2026using "punctuated" to describe piercings is genius and awawawawa this is so cute omg 110
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 08/10/2026I had a vivid vision last night--not even a dream because I was still awake, but a vision--of chapter 6 ralsei finally entering the light world and suddenly instead having an extremely creepy photorealistic goat's head that doesn't match the game's resolution 020
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 07/10/2026eheheh omg. using "protrudes" in the second paragraph cuz of what we're on our way to.... love it X3 210
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 07/10/2026aohh i've only read the first paragraph so far but I want to get my live thoughts down as I go so: I love this so far!!! The style is so cute and you're setting the emotions of the opening scene really well with the harsh yellow lines. 110

Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 06/10/2026This is true, but its nonetheless interesting that *so many* characters get this treatment. Evidently there's some aspect that most darkner-villains have had in common that makes them worthy of the Flowey treatment 000

Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I think you could do a really good treatment of laughter in DELTARUNE. It's used to villian-code every single adversary except Tenna and Flowery. Of course Tenna has that one attack where a bunch of stars appear and they all laugh instead. Flowery, despite all his voice lines, never laughs I think. 110
Heron @complexbezier.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Susie, Lancer, Jevil, King, Spamton, Queen, MANTLE, img_friend, The Knight, Gerson, and Pink. I believe this is the list of every character in DELTARUNE who has a unique laugh sound effect that plays audibly at one point or another (usually repeatedly). Am I missing anyone. 121
